Organizational role simulation as a form of learning activity in Basics Of European Project Culture course
January 15-16, 2020, a final stage of The Basics of European Project Culture course took place in a form of a traditional organizational role simulation for the 1st year PhD students. The activity’s leader and moderator is the project’s scientific coordinator, ZNU Vice-Rector in Academic Affairs prof. Oleksandr Gura. The main task of this activity is to demonstrate the preferences of group interaction directed at reaching the common goal of the groups, each of which is working upon its own microproject as a part of a joined project aimed at Ukraine’s integration into European educational and research area.
