The trainings under Innovative University and Leadership project attended by EUROPROC coordinator Victoria Meniaylo presume that the participants present their own projects aimed at their universities’ development strategies design. October 29, Victoria Meniaylo, associate professor of the Chair of Physics of Nanomaterials and Composites, presented her project entitled “Forming European Project Culture in the Academic Community: Case Study of Zaporizhzhya National University” focused on the following objectives: academic staff and PhD students’ project competencies development; innovative environment development and implementation of project-oriented approach to the university management; ZNU experience dissemination. The project plan comprises publishing of the coursebook “Basics of Forming European Project Culture”, developing a distance education course on the basics of European project activities for young scientists from all over Ukraine, and the conference on European project culture’s current state and perspectives in Ukraine to be held in Spring next year.
