ZNU project among winners of EU Program "Erasmus+"

Recently, the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) declared the results of the competition 2017 under the direction of Jean Monnet for the European Union Program "Erasmus+". The Zaporizhzhya National University is among the winners.

It should be noted that today among the priorities of ZNU staff is the development of project activities, enhancement of academic mobility and participation in the international educational and scientific projects. So, the university is an active participant of the international grant programs, and its cooperation with the "Erasmus+" program has a long and fruitful history.

This year, there were selected 138 projects from participating countries and 90 projects from partner countries. Among the last there are 12 projects from Ukraine, the total cost of the implementation of all these projects is 400 thousand euros.

In our country the projects will be implemented by 10 Ukrainian universities, in particular ZNU, and one public organization. They will receive not only funding, but also information support from program organizers.

It is worth mentioning that the direction of Jean Monnet is a specific direction of the implementation of the program "Erasmus+". Its goal is to popularize teaching, research and collaboration of the European project groups around the world.
