EUROPROC team member Victoria Meniailo has published her article entitled «Essence, structure and content of scientific-research and innovation activity at higher educational institutions of Ukraine, Russia and Republic of Belarus» in Polish-Ukrainian Journal «European Humanities Studies/ Europejskie Studia Humanistyczne».
The article presents an analysis of Ukrainian and foreign researchers’ approaches to and concepts of research and innovative activities of HEI in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus, in order to define the contents and basic components of research and innovative activities of the HEI. It is demonstrated that project management is an important part of research and innovative activities at HEI; various contests held by national authorities, NGOs, international organizations etc. could serve as a functional tech transfer tool in the sphere of research, education, social activities or investments. Despite post-Soviet past, when the principles of science and research management in the post-Soviet countries differed a lot from those in the Western universities, those countries are now following Western European tendencies with regards to research and innovative activities development.
