This one is also known to be one of the most notable principles of state politics in the field of quality of higher education. The personality model in the context of Higher Education consists of two main components that affect all of the elements of the personality model in Ukraine – educational, fundamental, professional, and specialized.

  • Quality training:
  • The quality of educational standards set up by the government, the regulations, educational programs that determine the quality of goal-setting in the system of state policy on the quality of higher education in Ukraine;

  • The quality of upbringing and personal education (cognitive learning, skills development and the adoption of moral norms);
  • Management quality control;
  • The quality of staff training is the key factor in the “quality system of higher education.”

   Other “qualities” define the grounding basis for educational systems, which provide the necessary level of the resulting index. The quality of educational programs resides in the structure and the quality of content of educational process.

    The following quality criteria are being used to measure the teaching situation in the Faculty:

  • The presence of the curricula and the working discipline programs prescribed in an approved manner;
  • The content of the curriculum and the working programs complies with the university quality standards:
  • The curriculum complies with the logics of teaching each individual discipline:
  • All the elements of the teaching process (lectures, seminars, labs, etc.,) comply with the plans and programs approved;
  • The comprehensiveness and adequacy of methodological database (guidelines, lectures, labs, etc.,);
  • The sufficiency, frequency and the level of ongoing monitoring (the quality control of student satisfaction with the quality of the learning process);
  • The efficiency of implementation of corrective measures. The criteria are given quantification for operational decision-making.

   The grounding basis of the faculty work lies within the principle Plan-do-check-act or plan-do-check-adjust (PDCA), which is the basis of the International standard ISO 9001. The department conducts research and practical work in the field of psychology and develops new innovative technologies that respond to a wide range of issues: psychological assistance in organizational development, the formation of a modern, competitive team, organization personnel career development, PR-technologies and social communication, speech training technologies required to overcome communication barriers, the experimental research of human behavior, psychological expertise in various fields, the psychology of development in terms of clinical norm and deviation, the technologies aimed to accelerate the learning process and the modeling of the process of an individuals mental development , the development of psychological services field, psychological consulting and psychotherapy.
